Jenrick receives 3 Star Best Companies Status

Best Company Award 2008

Jenrick competed against over 650 other companies, of all sizes and spanning an array of industry sectors, to achieve this award. Only 300 received a Star Status, with 48 achieving the top accolade of 3 Stars.

This award complements the 7th position Jenrick achieved in the 2008 Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to work for Awards, displaying the continued commitment of the Jenrick Group to evolve as the best group of companies to work for.

Simon Murphy, C.E.O. of the Group, confirmed what being recognised as one of the premier UK organisations means:

“We are delighted to receive this accreditation. Our questionnaire feedback clearly indicated that we have a passionate, team-orientated and highly motivated group of individuals within the company, who are in-turn, providing excellent levels of service to our customers. We are all extremely proud that Jenrick has achieved national recognition for all of our constant efforts to ensure it is one of the best companies to work for.”

The Best Companies Index (BCI) has taken over seven years to develop and has surveyed over 750,000 employees across thousands of UK organisations, making it one of the most comprehensive and accurate gauges for this subject ever created. In 2008 alone, almost 200,000 employees completed surveys.

It rates companies equally across eight key factors within the workplace: Leadership, My Company, Personal Growth, My Manager, My Team, Giving Something Back, Fair Deal and Wellbeing.
